This page explains what we collect when you ask for offers on your vehicle, who receives it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this website actually does.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, and details about the vehicle — year, make, model, mileage, condition and anything else you add.
• Basic technical information: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you viewed. We use this to measure traffic and to catch spam submissions.

Who we share it with

This is the part that matters, so it is stated plainly. When you submit the form:

• Your submission is recorded by this website and passed to TX Lead Forge, which operates PriceForMyTrade.
• It is then sent to licensed dealerships near you so they can make you an offer. Those dealerships may contact you directly by phone, text or email using the details you gave.
• Dealerships pay us for these enquiries. That is our business model, and it is how the service is free to you.

We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers, to data brokers, or to anyone outside that purpose.

Tracking on this site

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel. This site includes the Meta Pixel, which reports visits and form submissions back to Meta and can be used for advertising measurement and audiences. You can control this in your Meta ad preferences and through your browser's tracking settings.
• Our own traffic measurement. A first-party script records anonymous page views and time on site so we know which pages are useful. It does not collect your name or contact details.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to work your request and to keep a record of what was sent where. If you want it removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
• Tell any dealership that contacts you to stop — they must honour that.
• Do not submit the form if you would rather not be contacted. Nothing on this site requires you to give details in order to read it.

Children

This service is for adults buying and selling vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
